Tim McGraw bitched slapped a woman last week at his concert. Today she is taking her first step in slapping him back by with a lawsuit. The woman’s name he slapped last week, Jesslyn Taylor, has already hired a lawyer that has contacted McGraw’s party. Here we go with another celebrity lawsuit. It’s obvious she wants Tim to empty his pockets and pay up or he will have to face an injury lawsuit.

Eric Hertz, her lawyer from Georgia who is a personal injury attorney tells TMZ his client wasn’t trying to grab Tim’s private parts when he ferociously slapped her. He says she was nothing more than an enthusiastic fan who was part of the show which had an interactive environment and it was barely a touch. Her lawyer says Jesslyn is ferrous that McGraw has been lashing out back at her claiming she definitely was the aggressor trying to rip his jeans. She was also thrown out of the concert and first things first is she wants an apology. The law enforcement says McGraw feels like he is the victim in this incident. Hiring a personal injury lawyer means you only want one thing. And that is money.This is the latest saga of the Tim McGraw lawsuit.
