Something To Cheer Me Up Today? 102-Yr Old Sees Herself Dancing For 1st Time

I need something to cheer me up today, especially on a horrible day like today! Well, it seems like I have one of these freakin days every single week!!! When will it ever end…Please God I’m begging you to finally give me a break and send me some things to cheer me up for goodness sakes, for once in my life. How many times have you said this to yourself in all your years you have lived on this earth so far. Could you imagine living on this earth for over a century like this beautiful woman Alice Barker has had the pleasure of? I doubt she has had these negative repeated thoughts in her head to be able to live for over one hundred years. I’m pretty sure I can learn one or two few things from Mrs. Barker about how to live a long abundant happy life.
If you are having a bad day or maybe just even an okay day, then maybe Alice Barker can shed some light on your day. Barker is 102-yr old former chorus line dancer during the Harlem Renaissance of the 1930’s and 1940’s. She has never seen herself dancing on film, until today! Her reaction mid-way through and at the end of this video will have you in tears. Take a look.

If this didn’t change your perspective on life then you may need to watch it again, because in my eyes Mrs. Barker seemed like she knows exactly what the formula is to live a long happy life. We all can learn something from her.
