At the Canandaigua Motorsports Park, Nascar Champ Tony Stewart struck 20-year old Kevin Ward Jr. with his car. As seen on this graphic video, Ward Jr. allegedly crashed his car because of the finger being pointed towards the direction of Tony Stewart. After Ward Jr. crashed you will see him getting out of his car during the race while trying to approach Stewart’s car when this incident happened.

The Canada Ontario County Sheriff Philip Povero stated his department’s investigation not criminal as of today and Stewart was “fully cooperative” and appeared “very upset” over what had happened.
“He was visibly shaken by this accident,” Povero said.
