Cop’s Jump Roping Tricks Goes Viral, Getting Him In Trouble

We all know jumping rope is an excellent way to improve your speed, agility, and burn a ton of unwanted fat, but sometimes it can get really, really BORING! So here comes “Double Dutch” jump roping to save the day. This involves using two jump ropes by one or more people jumping simultaneously. The type of jump roping skills are became most common in block parties in the inner cities.

During the spring of 2009, double Dutch became a varsity sport in New York City public high schools due to the rise in the notoriety in the sport.

Jump roping has become so popular even this Maryland police officer decides to show off his skills. Being bashful at first, now mind you while still wearing his full police officer on duty uniform he steadily hops in between the two ropes getting his rhythm, then to do something amazing. But you will have to see for yourself as this friendly cop does this amazing trick that makes the video go viral in a matter of minutes. See, not all cops are bad!!!
