How quickly we may have forgotten how great Kobe Bryant was. One of the first high school kids to come out of high school directly to the NBA and be highly successful at it. From the 18-year old’s press conference when the Los Angeles Lakers drafted him, while wearing those Miami Vice sunglasses trying to portray someone older. No matter how many people hated him, the Black Mamba just didn’t give a F$#ck! He orchestrated his own legacy on his own. Now the old vet is on his way out the door, as father time has caught up to him like it does the same to every other great athletes. It’s been almost two decades getting comfortable watching the Black Mamba attack everything in his way, never to be denied. Here is a tribute to the man who is compared the closest to the greatest basketball player ever, Michael Jordan, with the greatest impossible basketball shots you will ever see. These are ridiculous!

Especially in this day and era not too many athletes can say they played for one team their entire careers. He may be the last dying breed of the old school era where they were loyal to their team and teammates staying on one team no matter what turmoil came across their paths. Every great NBA player such as Lebron James is chasing MJ’s rings and you can say Kobe has came the closest with winning five championships. The 15-time all-star and 12-time All-Defensive Team member may have something to say about how everyone is saying his career is over. Kobe is only one of the few who can prove everyone wrong even at his aging age. I wouldn’t count out the Black Mamba, EVER!!!
