The definition of intimacy is” “The quality of what is intimate, friendship based on tight connections. Some say that the essence of Intimacy is the pronunciation of the word. “In-to-Me-See”. Therefore, to be intimate with someone means to be as close as possible to the respective person, and to be able to see every corner and secret of the respective person. Of course, that person should be able to do the same thing with you!

Being intimate means to “mix” our lives with the one of others, and this is one of the things that we want.
“Being intimate with somebody” means to get closer to what that person has, which means an absolute trust and a tight connection. Couple intimacy has an important role for partners. The intimate life makes the couple life to be different from other relationships such as friendship. Intimacy is what you can share with your partner, and what you don’t want to share with others.

There is a direct connection between the way the partners communicate and their attraction. Believe it or not, there are good couples based only on their intimacy. What does that mean? It means that they are great in bed, they understand each other, but they are not so great when it comes to social skills or building something together. Do those couples resist? Definitely yes, because the ones that are based on social skills, but which don’t have a good intimate relationships are not that great!

A great sexual relationship does not necessarily mean good intimacy. Intimacy in relationships is about connecting two people together at all the levels. Sure, the sexual part is important, but without understanding at a mental level, it is just good sex. A complete relationship is the one that starts from a great mental communication, which also materializes into good intimate relationships. The secret? Communication without curtains and hidden meanings, in which every partner says what he or she wants. If you have the courage to say what bothers you, the relationship would be a lot better, even if you start a fight on the short term.
